Ok everyone i figured out how it works. This is just how i did it.

-First, Download the Curse Client thing.

-Next, Find the addon that you want to uh....add on, and click Download using the curse client.*
*If it says error and stuff look at the bottom right corner and right click the curse client icon and click exit.
Then go to your desktop and double click the curse client icon and that should fix it.

-Next, A screen should have appeared with the addon information that you downloaded. just minimize that for now. if this screen didnt pop up then just find it in My Documents.

-Next, go to your start button and click it. Type in at the Start Search box C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft. open that up.

-Next, Click the interface folder and then click the addons folder that is in the interface folder.

-Next, pull the addon file back up that you minimized that you downloaded and drag the name of it in there. That means when you go to do this, you have not clicked anything in the downloaded addon files there should only be 1 thing. Drag that into the Addons folder in the World of warcraft document.

-Next, log on to WoW and go to your character selection screen. in the bottom left corner there SHOULD be an addon button. click it and choose what you want on and click the Load out of date addons check box......i think thats what its called........

And there you have it. I hope this was usefull and works for everyone. just type a reply here and ill most likely answer back to something you did wrong.

RATE THIS GOOD IM NEW THIS IS MY FIRST THREAD THAT I TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION!?@#$%^

But....there is one final step.....

-Last, make a horde character, get quest helper and get that horde character to 70 and smash alliance faces in the ground =D

then in the compatability mode box select the box that sais "Run this program in compatability mode for:"

then in the drop-down menu select "Windows XP (service pack 2)"

and click apply and OK

NEXT

download the curse client and then whenever you want an addon just click "install via client" and you should be good to go

Installing Quest helper on vista? Download it MANUALLY and extract it to the Addons folder on Wow's directory. (Wow -> Interface -> Addons).

Here's an easy option. If you have windows vista, go to your start menu and search for the curse client. Usually you can just search "client". Right click on the file once its found then choose Properties. On the Properties menu choose "Run this Program as Administrator". Restart your curse client. You're finished.
