been looking for this addon that makes all lootframes, characterframe and stuff grayish and slim. what is it?

just use xloot

and skinner to skinn it

is it really? you can see it in his screenshot too when it��s not the lootframe.

The last screenie is (for as far as I remember) the default look of the BigWigs (bossmods) menu. With Skinner you can change all default wow frames to that graphical look

Yes it's skinner Papa. More specifically, it's a skinned xloot.

The reason why your screenshot looks similar is because skinner was used to skin the waterfall config of that ACE addon called BigWigs. Waterfall is a library used by ACE mods and skinner is capable of manipulating it (waterfall is specifically the cascading menus in ACE mods)
