Looking for addon with marked target list

Targeting by raid icon will no longer work. With marks bar however, you can have a raid leader assign a mark to a player. Once that is done, you can mouse over the icon in marks bar to see who is assigned to it..
There used to be a VERY old mod that did this called Brunilde Units.

I am looking for an addon that lists all targets with given symbols (skull etc.) in a list frame wich can then be selected (during combat too). A HP indicator would be perfect.
PersonalSentry almost does this job except that one cannot select a target during combat! Technically this should be possible because MT targets can be selected in the different frame addons too I guess.
