Cartographer Complete
Forgive me for not knowing the lingo but what is "TOC" ? Also, Vampyrate your assuming we all know everything about the addons...If it says it's out of date, then most of us think well heck...this sucks it is new yet...I have a ton of stuff that says out of date. I had the same issue and I think that whatever it is causing the mixed signal should be fixed so that we don't think it is out of date.
I will not really know for sure that it truly works though with out knowing what TOC is so I can look into that and having the out of date cleared from the addon. I already checked the load out of date addons but i'm not sure if those out of date adds are working. I also see that a few are using Ace3 and I don't know where to get ace3 everytime I search for it I come up with something other than that...I don't know I am just thankful there are people that can make this stuff for us and can fix it when it is broken

TOC is a way of representing the current version of WoW to its addons. When an author writes an addon, there is a TOC file that contains a number that should equal WoW's current version. When the 2 don't equal up, WoW says the addon is out of date. Just because this little math equation doesn't equal out, it doesn't mean the addon won't work. It's just Blizz's little way of saying "hey, go look for an update to this." Some addons can go years without ever being updated if Blizz doesn't change the code in the game that the addon takes advantage of.

greywolf158I just finished downloading Cartogrpher complete and then found that 13 of the addons in this package were out-of-date. It is a big disappoint when this happens. At lest Herbalism, Mining and fishing were up-to date. It is really a was to everyone's time when the person that pulls all of the cartographer addons together and the majority of them are out-of-date. Thanks for the effort.
