Looking for add on.

Im looking for a add on, ive try for acouple hours now. I can make up a discription. I've seen it on videos. ok, it is a thin white bar that progresivly increases then when it reaches the max you attack. kind of a attack timer in a bar. please tell me =)

Its called Quartz
Quartz will give u a new cast bar, a new enemy cast bar,
a breath bar. BG start bar
And the thing you looking for. A swing timer :)

There is a mod called swinger that does just swing timing.
