Hello, I am looking for an Addon that removes the origional blizzard portraits, but keeps the health/mana setup intact.

A resize for the mana/health bar would be brilliant if this is possible.

Try using AG UF for your unit frames and get AG UF layouts with it also. You get close to 10 unit frame styles that you could likely find one you are happy with.
