Bartolo's cloak

I am looking for the Hillsmans' cloak needed to complete the quest. Quest helper tells me I can aquire it at the Inn in Southshore but I can't find it or anyone to make it anywhere. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Get a leatherworker... you can look up the materials needed off thottbot or curse's db and then get a leatherworker to craft it for you.
