my addon button disapeared

ok so as it says in the the title my addon button has disappeared....

i was in game, configuring some new addons when i got a notification that "some addons i was running were cuasing a lot of errors and maybe cuasing slower game play" i had the option to ignore or disable addons....

i hit disable thinking that it would just be like un-checking the addons which were error-ing, and i would go into addons menu and see which were unchecked... but as i restarted the addon button was gone..

strange as it may seem, it was there 1 min gone the next... i don't think that i did anything to any of the folders in the /interface/addons/ location between restarting either.

i had been playing wow since release(actually beta) and i know where and how to install addons the path is correct. what is more frustrating is that some of the addons are still working just fine... i have x-perl unitframes in the same dir and it works fine... a bar mod, some others... i was trying to get onebag to work and i think that it might just be the "load out of date check box" but since my addons button is gone i cannot activate that to test...

anyone have any ideas? i have tried removing all the addons and reinstalling and checking after each one but still no addons button... i have tried removing the WTF folder that doesn't work... i even tried to login on my account on a friends machine who had working addons, i didn't get the addon button on his machine and after i logged on he couldn't get it either...

this makes me think that that error message i got that seemed to start this whole thing is some sort of server side thing

hmmm nm i think i figured it out.. the server i was trying this on has addons disabled for a little bit...
