Transfer Interface Settings Between Characters

Is it possible to maintain the same chat, interface, and addon settings between characters? Because I get really tired of redoing all of my settings whenever I make a new character. I know some addons let you import addon-specific settings between characters (like CT_Mod, Outfitter, and SCT), and some addons just remain the same outright (ArcHUD, Soundtrack). But some mods don't, and even WoW itself doesn't, for instance with the chat settings. Is there any way to fix this?

for the chat settings and other stuff you do the following:

navigate to:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\**ACC**\**SERVER**\**CHARNAME**

copy what lua files you want like example chat-cache.txt and then paste it in the character you want to have the same settings folder and bam chat is the same, tabs location the works, can do it for camera and other stuff as well

Though that still doesn't solve the problem with addons... but OH WELL! I'm sure something similar can be done to do those.

I did this but nothing happend. Isnt there a tool to do this?
