Name those Mod(s)

What mod(s) does the 1st Priest use?

I'm specifically interested in the Spell Bar and the Cast bar.
If it's Quartz and Bongos how do I get the cast bar in the middle like that.

I aslo would like to know what mod gives him his parties health.

Don't know the name of the Spell Bar and Cast Bar, but I do know how to position the Quartz bar however you'd like,

Type /quartz and then click on "Focus." Mess with the "X" and "Y" coordinates until you get the location of the bar how ever you like.

By the way, the Party Interface looks like XPerl, but I don't think it is. Looks a little bit different.

I do believe the UF is ag_unitframes, if not then it's pitbull. Definatly an ACE00 type mod. The Spell/Cast bar also looks to be ACE00 in nature, and is probably listed on http://www.wowace.com somewhere (that also means its on curse but its a little easier to find on wowace imo). Very minimilistic in nature... I personally hate it.

I use one similar to that on Xperl. You have to unlock it in order for it to appear and move.
