Quest Complete Sound Announce

I'm looking for an addon that simply announces with sound that all objectives for a quest are completed. I'd like to be able to change the sound around. That's it. In the past I would use Fastquest which played nice with MonkeyQuest and provided that but it seems the newer versions are a bit different and I'd like to get away from using it simply so that I could be audibly alerted that all objects for a quest have been completed.

Anyone know of an addon that does simply this?

UberQuest will play a sound when all objectives are complete. It plays the splash sound when a quest is complete.
