Guild Recruitment Addon

This honestly doesn't border on spam, this is spam and will more than likely get the addon user banned. I know the minute I get a whisper like this I instantly hit the "Report Spam" button.
Open guild recruiting like this is also really annoying to the players it targets AND likely to get you a guild full of really low quality players who can't get into a better guild.
Sorry to say it like that, just my 2cp thrown into the conversation.

manipulatorofkarmaI would like to see an addon that could be used to send whispers to all characters within a specified range (levels/classes) with a different recruiting slogan for each class like "______ is looking for healers (information) please pst for more info". And dps for classic dps classes such as rogues and hunters etc. NOTE I know this borders on spam so here is my way around it > have it remember who you have already talked to before and make it pop up a window saying "you have __ # of people on this target list you have already talked to > then for options you can select a list and choose which ones to send too again, choose ignore and pst them again anyways, or Do not PST again.
I have 0 knowledge of how to make a addon - its just not my thing Is anyone interested in taking on this project?
