Well its from the photek UI and I think he uses Prat and Simple Combat Log.

I dont know if he uses any other though.

I hope it was helpfull and good luck modding your UI.

guess that this picture means the chatframes down there :D for me it looks like you dont even need an addon to do that... just drag the chatframes?

Yeah and get Sunnart or some other view alting addon so he dosent have to render the stuff behind the black chatboxes.

iam trying to mod the chat frame like u see on the pic, and i looked or Sunnart on the forums and download section but i cant find it, does anyone have a link?

Aside from Prat, what is also being used is Simple Combat Log or the old Nurfed Combat Log.

Sunart, Skinner and CTViewport all do similar things. Skinner will actually "skin" most elements of your entire UI to keep it uniform. Sunart does the borders but actually allows you to use a bit of a texture on the edges. CTViewport is the simplest of the bunch and allows you to "letter box" your UI without too many other bells and whistles.
