Am I allowed to do a UI request?

Well, I need some help with my UI. I tried to do it, but I couldnt get it to be how I wanted it.

So before I make a post asking for somebody to help me, am I allowed to make a UI request with what I want it to look like in the UI and Addons forum?

Sure. If someone is willing to tackle it I'm sure they'll let you know. Who knows, someone might be able to suggest a UI similar to what you're looking for, too. :)
