is there an extra actionbar WITHOUT replacing UI type addon?

I know what you mean...
Back in the day I used to use Telo's BottomBar to add an extra set of action bars. I'm not sure if it still works though.
Also, I think I used it in conjunction with an AddOn Like Moveit, so I could move them above the game-default action bars.

Nightshade722Im looking for an action bar addon that simply adds an extra 12-24 slot, moveable, action bar to the UI, WITHOUT replacing the entire action bar UI built in. i just want an extra one or if possible any number of extra bars. again, WITHOUT replacing Blizzard's action bar UI. customizable like a normal actionbar, not set to totems or aspects or crap. something that functions the same way as the normal ones.
anyone know if this exists? or if something that exists can be configured to act like this.
