There's a new and great addon which, maybe, can do what you say. It's called Recount, an Ace2 addon, there's a thread about it on the ElitistJerks forums.

HoodooHey guys, I am looking for a addon that will help me track various stats during the raid. For example I want to see which targets my healers are focusing on, who is over healing and damage meters. I also want to be able to export this so it can be put up on our website.
I am currently running Damagemeters. But to my knowledge it will not tell me Priest A did 40% of her heals on target X or anything that complex. Will SW do it? Is there something better?
