Guild Identifier???

I remember seeing an addon that put a graphic kind of like a raid target over the head of any member of a specified guild. I've been searching for a few days now and have seen no mention of any such addon but I know it exists, or did at one time. Anyone know the name of it? or maybe coders know if it's even possible.

i believe its called kos? maybe vanakos? it's a pvp mod the kos stands for kill on sight, you can mark a specific person or a guild and it displays when you're around them so you can "kill on sight" if its not what you're looking for then sorry i have no clue
