I need help with installing!!

so i had to re-install WoW. I had add ons before, and now that i re-installed WoW the add on button is not on the screen where my charector is. am i downloading them wrong? i go to this site, then select download, then have it sent to wow/interface/add ons. so it sits in my add on folder. then i select extract folder (cause it has a zipper on it). I go to log in, and i see my charector/enter button, but to the left there is no add on button? i tried "repair" and even "re-installing" again. PLEASE HELP!! ty :)

chances are if your extracting them into the addons folder as described its installing them into a sub folder (example: interface\addons\modname\modname\modname.lua) if this is the case take the second folder and mov it directly into your addons directory so the files are only one step from your addons folder instead of two (example interface\Addons\modname\modname.lua) if that's not the problem than i have no clue :)
