fubar not working

my fubar's broken and i cant fix it... ive deleted all the fubar .lua's in my wtf folder on all of my toons, deleted fubar from my computer, re-dl'd it, installed it, and its still broken

my problem is that i can move my fu's wherever i want, and they dont ever "snap" back into place... that would be fine if they didn't disappear after relogging after i move them. It also gives me this wierd message about fubar, not involving any other addon, just "c/program files/WoW/interface/addons/fubar 2.0"... anyway, could someone please help me or give me tech support or something, i've checked for new fubar but the latest one i found was 2.0. it worked before the latest patch

Try downloading the most recent versions of FuBar and your FuBar addons from www.wowace.com

Also make sure you DO NOT have ACE2 in your addons folders as a raw addons. ACE2, unless a developer, should never be installed as its own addon.
