Need to get a addon

Hi! I have been looking for a addon that I have seen in a movie somewhere, that allows you to have all your kinds of food, hearthstone, all kinds of potions, healthstone etc, and you can hover it to get another bar to see like if you hover food you see all your food, and it has a little dot southwest corner wich locks and unlocks the bar.
