madanastaDoes anybody know of an in-game addon or external tool that allows to switch between various chat window layout configurations? I refer in particular to the contents of the WTF/<account>/<server>/<toon>/layout-cache.txt file, which contains settings for chat windows' location on screen and dimensions.
I need such a tool because I play on a laptop that I sometimes connect to an external display. The laptop display's resolution is 1280x800 while the external display's is 1280x1024 (no resolution can be used for both the displays with good results). The result is that when chat windows' location and dimensions are configured for one resolution, they result in totally messed-up windows when using the other (chat windows overlapping, hidden behind action bars, edges off screen, etc.). So, I need such a tool/addon to easily switch between saved values of those settings per account/server/toon rather than maintaining different sets of layout-cache.txt files and manually switching them (an annoying process, believe me).
So, anyone knows of anything that sounds relevant? Maybe an addon that offers various UI functions including something like that? Also, does any of you play on more than one resolutions? If yes, how have you solved that problem?
