Looking for action bar addon

I'm looking for an addon that will let me edit my Action bar so that it's in the middle of my screen so I can read my chat without buttons being in the way of it. I go into the Interface options and to Advanced options and there is an area for action bars but that's only to add more to the screen I want to move them. I've seen many screenshots to where other players have moved their action bars to the middle of their screens so viewing of chat is much easier and better to work with. I've got the addons I just cant seem to find this one that I need/want.

I'm using bartender and bongos(it differs with each char) I think that it will help you because its really easy to understand for even a n00b like my friend(N00B)

OK I downloaded both.. But I dont like the bongos one i cant figure out how to use the bottons once placed and that's not what I'm looking for. The screen shots i've seen is where all the things are in between the Eagles still but everything has just been moved/shifted to the middle is all. Everthing still in same place. As for the bartender I tried downloading it as well and when i added it it said it was incompatiable.. Any other suggestions..
