Arena PvP addon help

know a mod once existed that was like this. It was called quicktarget. I'll explain what it did a little bit:

The basic idea is designed around Arena PvP where you want to be able to switch between enemy targets through hotkeys, instead of finding them with your mouse or tab targeting or target last target. Furthermore we want it to be quick, simple, and effective. Here kind of how it goes:

Individual target setting:

You set up your hotkeys for setting the target and for targeting the target, here is an example:

Alt+shift+1: set target to 1 Alt+shift+2: set target to 2 Alt+shift+3: set target to 3 Shift+1: target target 1 Shift+2: target target 2 Shift+3: target target 3

So the idea is in a 3v3, i could click on a rogue and hit alt+shift+1, then click on a paladin hit alt+shift+2 then click on a mage and hit alt+shift+3, and if i'm killing the rogue and i see the mage casting a fireball, i can hit Shift+3 to target the mage, counterspell him, then hit shift+1 to target the rogue again and keep hitting him.

Cycle targeting:

You create a cycle of targets to quickly bounce between the set targets, an example:

Shift+T: add target to cycle T: cycle through targets Alt+T: Reset cycle

So i could click on an enemy, say in a 3v3, a paladin, then hit shift+T, then click on a rogue, hit shift+T, then click on the mage, and hit shift+T... then at any point during the fight I just hit T to cycle to the next target, going in order of paladin, rogue, mage (the order i set it up in). After the fight I hit Alt+T to reset the cycle and in the next arena match, i can start it off again. This would allow me to say be damaging the rogue, see the paladin casting a heal, and then click T, targeting the mage, then click T again targeting the paladin, which i could then CC or CS to stop the heal.

Blizzard designed this to some extent with "focus targeting", which is REALLY nice for 2v2 arena, but for the bigger 3v3 and 5v5 it isn't cutting it. I'm really interested to know if anyone knows of any mod like this, or thinks that this is a worthy idea of finding someone who could code something like this.
