Looking for a chat mod

If you right click on the tab for your chat window you will see a number of different options. One of the options is to "Unlock" the chat panel. This will allow you to grab it by the tab and move it anywhere on the screen you want.
The mod that gives the black background is called skinner. You can find the latest version of skinner at http://www.wowace.com

Jonas989I keep seeing pictures of mods that have moved the chat panel to either side of the screen or placed it at the very bottom of the screen with a black background bar and I haven't been able to find any mod that will allow me to move it or customize it that way...any ideas?
