Help looking for addon

Ok i was watching the tidewalker video. And i was looking for the addon that the paladin was using with all the boxes and each one is colored differently for each class.

Not able to go check out the video right now but just from the basic description it kinda sounds like Smart Debuff. Was it a cleansing mod that you are looking for?

it had health % and it went down as the person got hit, it looked more like a raid healing addon
