Talking with friends
There is no voice communications available inside of WoW. Most people use either Ventrillo (My favorite) or Teamspeak. I am sure there is other voice communication programs out there but these are the big two.
Have you tried Ventrillo and if so what problems are you having that are keeping you from being able to use this. I know people with exceptionally slow computers who play on a dial-up connection and they are still able to use Ventrillo. There should be some way for you to be able to make this work.
I have tried TS, Vent and Skype and I have just found Vent to be the best possible option for me. Each person has their own opinion but I will still keep my vent server no matter what Bliz puts in the game because I love the social aspect of vent. If you were to be in our guild and not on vent you would wonder why guild chat is so damn quiet.

to have a program on pc outside wow, the the programs run slow and fail.. so maybe there is a addon what runs well with audio transfer durring playing the game
does such program excists and if so where can i find...
