I need an herbalism and item addon

i have heard about an addon that allows for herbs to be seen on the mini map even after they are taken, it also shows the proposed time for the regeneration of the herb.

2 more i have heard about is an item addon that allows for you to see the average auction house selling price(or just the sell price) and a thorough item description.

any info would be very helpful

1. addon : Gatherer , but i don't know if it's showning the respawn time for the herbs. it also tracks mines and other things.

Im not sure if such a mod actualy exists , i think there is a spawn timer but blizard has a sort of For example 1 Dreamfoil spawn per zone per 15 mins or so..so you can't say in 15 mins it will be just at the bridge(there is no spawn there but just to make my point clear) but instead after 15 mins it respawns at a tower or so

It could also be Cartogropher and the plugin for Herbalism
