Life bar mod

I am looking fo a mod which can "cut" my life bar in 5350pv, or from max pv and my mana bar in a certain value ( life tap ). Or if it can change color or blink or... when it har reach a certain level.

AG_Unitframes can do that...and with aUF BarFader ure set !!! And try to take the rest of the aUF...makes ure life easier !!
