in some videos ive been watching ive seen circular action bar buttons, anyone know what addon this is and if its on curse? if not does anyone have a link for it? thanks a ton

I know you cna get this by using Bartender3 - http://files.wowace.com/Bartender3/ and cyCircled - http://files.wowace.com/cyCircled/ but there may be others too.
