i have downloaded a few addons but i dont get them 2 work i have them in the wow,interface,addons map and i have tryed 2 open them with winsipe but it dont work so plz tell me howe i juse winsipe or a other way 2 get them 2 work

i acomplished 2 open some of them but i only saw som letters and numbers what shall i do with them i checked if i got some addons in wow but i dident what shall i do??
