Looking for a mod that may not exist

Hello,

Recently I was "elected" guild master of my guild and I am looking for an add on that may or may not exist. So this post is either a request for the creation of or please point me to an addon that does this post.

here's what i want:

After looking over the QDKP add on I find its very very useful for raiders. My guild however is a casual end game guild that doesnt use DKP to award loot. However, I like the DKP system as a means to measure players activities within the guild and its use in awarding promotions within the guild.

What Im looking for is, instead of DKP for raiding, a guild point system in which I can award points to players for participation, not raid attendance, WITHOUT having to put them in a raid group to make it happen. I would like this to be completely behind the scenes with only myself and my officers having access to the info all in game.

I have no idea how to code unfortunately and between my work schedule, children and running the guild do not have the time to learn ( yes I know this makes programmiers roll their eyes..sorry ) But I do know that the add on Group calendar uses a data channel to transmit info back and forth to players and would expect a system like I am describing to do the same. If it could somehow be incorporated into an existing calendar add on ( like group calendar for example ) that would be INCREDIBLE!

Anyway a GPS ( Guild Point System ) would be a great add on for all guild masters so if there isn't one out there already, and you are someone looking for a project, please consider this.
