Using Perl Classic Unit Frames

Hey guys,

I just installed Perl Classic Unit Frames. I want to display portraits. I opened up the config menu, selected "Show Portrait frame", and nothing happens. No portrait, either 3d or normal, comes up. Any idea what I might have done wrong here?
