What unit frames?

What unit frames does this guy use in his video? He has a couple UIs in the video, but its the first one you see. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2568937129099109933&q=Corrupt+pvP&hl=en I know that this probably hasnt been ported for 2.0, but does anyone know of any unit frames similar to this one? EDIT: Im also looking for an addon that shows the health of another player/monster, like MobHealth.

The frames are Perl or a variation on Perl (X-Perl is pretty common). MobHealth3 or MobInfo-2 will provide target HP.
