Any 2.0 Addon for additional Bars?

Is there already a 2.0 addon for additional action-bars, like Popbar? Bartender does mess with the original interface bars but I want to keep those. I just need one or two additional bars that I can place where I want.

well you could just hide all but 2-3 bars of bartender and move them too where you want them?

use "/bartender lock" to hide and move the bars

I downloaded Bartender 3.0 which should be 2.0 compatible but I always get an error about Fubar plugin. I installed FuBar and Ace2 to my Addons but that doesn't solve the problem.
