Can't say I've ever seen those unit frames. I've played with Perl, Nymbia Perl and X-perl. It's neither of those 3. It looks like somebody HEAVILY modded a gypsy frame to be honest. It might be a "perl" ish DUF config.

That's an option in the default Blizzard UI. Go to your Interface Options menu, and on the Advanced Options tab, there's an option called Party Background. Make sure that option is checked and it will show for you.
Hey, i was wondering what those Black Bars in Photek UI are? The ones on the top behind the Party Bar and on the Bottom behind the Chat / Action Bars. Thanks in advance =)

TIV73Normally not. You should know that this won't just tell you a mob's health, the server doesn't tell us. The addon has to calculate a mobs health. Try targeting an enemy and hitting it down for about 25% - keep the mob targeted all the time. Then you should get the health points.
