Setup the main loop to properly check file dates and times per check.
Still a design error with dateCheck where the modified date always seems to be new, will look into this.
Uploader:
The UploadData() now disconnects from the server when done
Downloader:
The GetData() now disconnects from the server when done
DateChecker:
Fixed a config field retrieve error
