Added option for experience gain thresholding (to throttle the addon when you're grinding or participating in some activity where XP is gained quickly in small amounts). Via /xps throttle. Default set at 0. Recommended course of action: Set the throttle to just above the average XP of creatures the same level as you or 2 levels higher (depending what you fight most often). This should produce neither too many nor too few messages.
