We have entered the Release Candidate phase of the development of Roster 2.0
It has been a very long time since our last Roster release (1.7.3) on February 14, 2007...has it been THAT long?
We have worked hard to bring you the best Roster yet (please comment!)
The back-end has been completely redesigned
I believe EVERY piece of the code has been changed somehow (or moved at least :) )
Features:
- New AddOn Framework system
- The Roster API has much more flexibility than 1.7.3
- Most of the old functionality from 1.7.3 now runs as addons in 2.0
- Multi-Guild, No Guild support!
- Display code (almost) Fully Templated
- Parts of the config panel are not templated, its scares me to even think about converting this to a template
- Finally full WoW 2.x support
- So much has changed, we have made attempts to keep the change log updated but the truth is that Roster 2.0 is completely different than 1.7.3, they only look similar
