Cameron Knight:
    add movable tooltip when alt-clicking on an item. Includes an icon next to the tooltip.
    set frame strata to "BACKGROUND" and level to 0, allowing UI elements to show up.
    Make things a bit saner by creating our own DressUpModel rather than relying on Blizzard's.
    Also, remember the position and rotation between close/open.
