Version 2.0.6-CI (September 4th 2009)

  • Fixed /vmoo playing the sound twice when used by Tauren.
  • Sorted all commands into files depending on what game they are from. This is for my own convenience.
  • Tidied up the 'sounds' folder.
  • Added three new sounds from Team Fortress 2, intended to share your displeasure with a group (because lets face it, not every group is perfect). Using these commands will display a message announcing your displeasure.
    • "Who sent all these babies to fight?" : /whosent
    • "Entire team is babies!": /baby
    • "Too many little men on this team!": /men
    • The /numb command will also display the message.
  • More changes to displayed messages.
    • /c2, /there and /hinc will display a message informing the group a target has been spotted.
    • /z4 will now display a message suggesting the group falls back.

Version 2.0.5 (August 28th 2009)

  • NOW I've fixed /vmoo not working!
  • Updated page 2 of the help to reflect the fact I removed Leeroy's battle cry.

Version 2.0.4 (August 28th 2009)

  • Fixed /vmoo not working.
  • Fixed help not working.

Version 2.0.3 (August 26th 2009)

  • The addon should no longer show as 'Out of Date'.
  • Tweaked the colour of OOM messages (again).
  • Removed the /1199 command. The /ona command still exists.
  • Made the addon more informative.
    • The /bmu and /ammo commands will now display a message to the whole party/raid saying you are out of ammo.
    • The /c3, /z6, /ona /oit and /chelp commands will now display a message to the whole party/raid saying you need help.
    • The /od command will now display a message to the whole party/raid saying you need ressurected.
    • The /x2, /gtho, /life and /gethell commands will now display a message informing the group to retreat.
    • The /death and /hmed commands will now display a message to the whole party/raid saying you need healing.
  • Not a Tauren? Want to moo at your fellow party members? Then look no further!
    • Added a new command, /vmoo, that allows you to moo at your fellow party/raid members.
    • This command will work even if you ARE a Tauren. If you do use it, you'll se a different message.
  • Removed the Age of Empires sounds.
    • It is recommend (by me) that you delete the VGComms folder before installing this version, unless you want a load of useless sounds left on your hard drive.

Version 2.0.2 (August 15th 2009)

  • Reintroduced all the sounds from version 1.1.2 - for the hell of it.
  • Removed SoundShare compatibility.
  • Changed colours of messages displayed with /vgch, /vgca and /vgcm commands.
  • Removed Leeroy's battle cry.

Version 2.0.1 (August 5th 2009)

Version 1.1.2 (May 12th 2009)

  • Fixed /vgca not playing sounds.

Version 1.1.1 (May 11th 2009)

  • Implemented new commands to share the default /healme, /helpme and /oom commands with your party/raid.
    • The sound you send/receive depends on your/the sender's race and class.
  • Added 'VGComms' to messages informing you a sound is being played, because I wanted to. xD
  • Tidied up spacing in help commands.
  • The version command now displays the version in your chat frame.

Version 1.1.0 (May 4th 2009)

  • Added 6 new sounds from Age of Empires.
  • Added 1 new Half-Life 2 sound.
  • Moved the version check and help commands to their own Lua files. This is purely for my own convenience.
  • The volume of Leeroy's battlecry has been reduced by 150%, due to the fact it was a bit loud to begin with.
  • Massive overhaul of help system. Can now be viewed over several frames, displayed in the center of the screen.
  • Added in-game credits. Command to view is /vgcreds.
  • Added colour to text.

  • Fixed text display issues in some help commands.

Version 1.0.8 (April 23rd 2009)

  • Implemented a basic built-in help system.

Version 1.0.6 (April 22nd 2009)

  • Fixed '/gtho' command.
  • Added 4 new sounds.

Version 1.0.5 (April 15th 2009)

  • Updated addon to work with Patch 3.1.0 - to be honest, I should have done that in Version 1.0.4 - but I play on the EU servers, meaning we get the patches after our American counterparts.
  • Fixed '/contact' command (only applies to people who downloaded the addon from curquhart.co.uk).
  • Added 4 new sounds.
    • One of these is Leeroy Jenkins' famous battle cry!

Version 1.0.4 (April 10th 2009)

  • Added 11 new sounds.
  • Added a command to check version of addon.
  • WoW's /follow command (used to follow another player) should now work as intended, and not play the 'Follow Me' sound. Sorry about that.

Version 1.0.3 (April 2nd 2009)

  • Added 21 new sounds.
  • Changed commands list to an HTML file for user convenience. Currently trying to find a way to implement this list in-game.
