* Make use of the new ARENA_OPPONENT_UPDATE event to get rid of AceLocale-3.0 and AceTimer-3.0.
* In arenas, only set Track Hidden at the start of the match. If the player changes the tracking type and there are stealthers on the opposing team, the tracking type will no longer return to Track Hidden.
* Should no longer cause an error message after the arena gates open if the tracking type needed to be changed.
* Fixed a bug in the battleground/Wintergrasp logic, which would cause tracking to be set to Track Hidden if the tracking type was supposed to be Track Humanoids, and that was already the case.
