* Removed the personal rating summary on game end since MMR makes it inaccurate
* Fixed bugged game detection, as it's possible to have no score change but still technically winning

* Stripped out Ace3, given I don't plan on going through with the original SSPVP3 plans, using all of the Ace3 libraries is huge overkill.
* Configuration is reset, but everything else (mostly) stays the same

* Initial Import: SSArena/ (SSPVP3)
* Slash Command is still /ssarena
* Working on splitting out all of the modules in SSPVP3 into separate addons.
* Handles the same thing as it did in SSPVP2, team summary on arena end, personal rating in team summary, modified inspection and player arena frames
* Merged in Personal Rating/ into this so it'll show your highest PR on the same row as arenas
