Wednesday August 19, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 2.1)

  • Updated all Ace libs.
  • Fixed an issue causing an error to come up when the user would un-equip a staff, then mouseover it or any othe staff.
  • Added slash commands.
    • /sppp or /sppp help - these will show the addon version, a very breif description and all available slash commands.
    • /sppp total - this command will print the total PP for all of the user's equipped gear added together. Is nice for finding out which set of gear is the best in terms of hit capping.
  • Added new function to go with the /sppp total command.
  • Started work on new gem stuff. Some functions are coded in, though nothing in the totals has changed.

Friday August 7, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 2.0)

  • Update for 3.2.
  • Replaced old LibStatLogic with the new one.
  • Added new epic gems as color matching gems.
  • Updated scaling factors.

Sunday June 21, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 1.4)

  • Complete rewrite of the addon around the LibStatLogic library.
  • The addon will look exactly the same in-game as the older version(s), but there are alot of changes.
  • +hit is in! On items with a +hit value, a second PP value is showing with the hit added in (using 1.31 as the scaling factor for hit).
  • All set bonuses are now ignored.
  • Using this new library, all gems are replaced with socket matching gems. This will forces all socket bonuses to be triggered and added to the calculations. Also using this new lib, we can easily tell the addon to use other gems for our claculations. We could tell it to put +19 SP red gems in ALL sockets. This of course wouldnt trigger socket bonuses, and the library wont add the socket bonus if its not triggered! Having the ability for the USER to tell the addon what gems to use, will come at a later date, but its not that hard todo.
  • Added in a few more checks for mainhand/offhand combos, that have to deal with onehand weapons (not mainhand, onehand)
  • Everything, minus a few outputs, should be localized now. LibStatLogic took care of alot of this for us.
  • ALOT of code clean up, the code is easily readable now, making future changes alot easier to implement.

Wednesday June 17, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 1.3)

  • This beta is the exact same as 1.2. The only different is that its mulit-language friendly. Other than that, theres is no major changes in this beta. There are a few english only strings still in the code. These are just information messages such as, "SPPP has been disabled" and stuff like that. But all class/item checks show now work properly on all servers.

Saturday May 30, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 1.2)

  • Gem values on items that had gems already in the sockets were being calculated twice. This was because I have been trying multiple ways of dealing with the gems, and forgot to get rid of (comment out) one of them. All fixed.

Friday May 29, 2009 (SPPP_Beta 1.1)

  • Found a typo that was causing wands to be compared to mainhands, all fixed.
