There is some bug with poison in PvP and some coloration bug with the CP but this problem are hard to reproduce and I will not correct it soon.

  • I get the following error whenever I tried to configure the sounds that go with the addons.

I really like this addon. Great job. I particularly like the different drums you get, the finer you er "cut" it - works nice with GodLike! addon XD.
One problem tho - I'm a right click turner and this addon leaves a dead patch on the screen where I can't right click =/. Dunno if this is fixable or not but it doesn't happen with any other self hiding addons that I use.

haha, i hate this ******* dead patch!! (especialy when I farme Ravenhold reputation).

I made a personnal correction for this problem. I don't found how to do that properly beacause if you update with this version you can not move SliceCommander anymore.

The only solution I found to allowing people to click threw this frame is to deactivate the moving function. So you have to choose, but if the frame is in the right place before the update it will be in the same right place after.

I am actually at work and I can't upload my current version so I will post a link in the next post.

Yea, the problem seems to be that the area to the right of slicecommander where u can right click to move is much too big and when Slicecommander's locked in place, ie. right click to move "disabled", that area is still there and creates a dead patch. I don't mind the actual slicecommander bars leaving a dead patch, since I place it where I don't click anyway but that area to the right is a real pain and it's very unfortunate because other than that, it's a really nice addon.
Anyone know anything about the code and what I would need to alter to change this for myself?

Lol, actually it was more like a reply to myself kinda confirming the problem. You must have replied inbetween, cos your reply wasn't there when I wrote mine.
Thanks for looking into it anyway. I shall give the file a go. Cheers.

i've been using this mod for a long time, and the audio feedback with this mod is very helpful. it's good to see this got updated. i have a few suggestions.

    - good to see rupture got supported as a bar. it would be good to have the option to show spell text like 'Rupture' in addition to the small icon on the left side. the icon is very hard to see. currently i'm using ClssTimer mod to monitor rupture. it would be nice to have this built-in SliceCommander.

    - it would be more clearly to see the poison counter like the combo point counter. i.e. do not show poison stack as x1, x2, etc, but rather show them as ticks like how the combo point is counted. again the x1 x2 is just too small to tell. and yes i have the bars scaled to 150%.

    - this is probably in the works, but it would be nice to have audio feedback for rupture and poison stacks just like s'n'd & hfb.

overall thanks very much for this mod. this mod has taught me how to play mult spec better.

For options request, I can't figure out how to build options, so I probably not personnaly add it.
But for the poison counter did you use the beta version of SliceCommander in the download part of this page or the version I post behind, in one of my comments? Because, my version correct some bug and add a CP coloration when DP are apply. IE: 5xCP,3xDP = 3xCP are green, 2xCP are Yellow.,

Probably a bit silly question but anyway.. is there any way to completely hide the timer bars?
    thanks.

No actually you can't hide the HfB Bar and the SnD bar.

  • @T0mate Great update so far. I have a feature request if possible. For the Rupture module, can you have a bar that displays the current duration of your Rupture and also show you how long your Rupture would last based on your current combo points. For an example, please look at the Bleeder module in Cutup http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/cutup.aspx The only thing that is preventing me from switching over is this.

I know this addon and I see what you want but, I can't imagine how to make you understand the timer is over 6 sec just by a bar. You maybe want a other text timer? where did you want it? How I display it (in red with a fade)?

  • It would be another bar overlaid on to the rupture bar. Say for instance the current rupture remaining is shown in red like how it currently is. Then as the bar winds down, there is a yellow bar that is overlaid onto it if you have combot points and shows how much time it would last based on the current amount of combo points and talents in yellow text just to the right of the yellow potential bar.

i think i found all instances of sound choices and set them to 'None' but the thing still makes all sorts of bleeps and bloops that i'd rather not hear. howbout the ability to turn off all the sounds (preferably with further choices of which ones to turn off but blanket if need be).

thx for your hard work :D

Ok, I am note familiar with the adding of options. But I will try to add it.
Before it I ask to the original author to do it who is more familiar with the option thing.

Can you just tell me when sounds still occur?
