  • About Shapebind
  •

Shapebind allows you to bind your different forms to keys, and more! One key can be set to shift to bear form, and bear charge, Shift to cat form and prowl, etc.

Plus you get a nifty "Movement" form that will detect if you are swimming (shift to Aquatic), in combat (or old-world) and shift to Travel form, or in Outland (out of combat) and shift to flight form.

1) Type /shapebind or /shpb to open the GUI.
2) Click the Bindings button to open the bindings GUI.
3) Select the keybinds you want.

The French Locale is brought to you by Warrender!
The German Locale is brought to you by lazybonez!

GUI: Charge while in Bear - when you hit the bear shapeshift keybind you will charge your current target. Or Bash - Casts Charge or Bash based on which is castable

Enrage while in Bear - When you hit the bear shapeshift keybind you will cast Enrage. Then Charge - After you enrage cast Charge.

Prowl while in Cat - when you hit the cat shapshift keybind you will prowl. Then Ravage - While Stealth you will ravage

Moonfire while in Moonkin - cast moonfire after you shift into moonkin.

Rejuvenation while in Tree - cast rejuvenation after you shift into tree form.

Flight Fomrs are now handled automatically.

The Human Form Keybind - When you are shapeshifted this will get you to human form or you will dismount if you are mounted.

NOTE: EVERYTHING WORKS IN COMBAT!!! Please report any bugs if something is locked out.

NOTE2: This mod does require 6 open private macro slots to work. You do not need to do anything with the macros, or place them on your hotbars (unless you really want to). This was done to allow this mod to work in combat.

@Amafi - While I'm looking at the code in the clickbinding system I'll try to find the issue with modifiers and fix it.

@shifty87 - This is jWoose the original author of this addon and I passed it on to mileg when I quit playing WoW. But now I'm back playing again and have found the same issue you are having. I am currently working on a fix for this. The issue is with clickbinder the keybinding system I chose to use for the addon. I should have something working in the next week or two. -jWoose

Thanks for the great addon, especially the travel form key. Just wondering, with the dual talents update I now have moonkin and tree form. Would it be possible to have these bound to the same key, working similar to the travel form key? Not much of an issue, but if its a simple change it would be nice.

One thing...I could not find anywhere to bind the aquatic form?

The travel form bind will do travel form in combat, flight form if flyable, or aquatic form if you're swimming.

Love the addon, helped me get rid of some of my ugly and messy macros on my druid.
My only issue with it is that I'm not able to bind any modifier keys.
When I hit alt, ctrl or shift, the binding window just closes.
For now I put the macro on hidden action bar to bind them, which works great,
but being able to bind button combinations without using up action bar space would be fantastic.

@Amafi - Hey I just looked into the issue you were having and you can already use the modifiers, its just kinda tricky. So here is how you do it:

    1. Pull up the keybind menu.
    2. Hold the modifier you want to use before you click on the button to set the keybind for the form you want.
    3. Then while continuing to hold the modifier down you just push the other button you want to use.

Its kinda weird that it works like that, but I hope this helps.

  • I love your addon <3
Having all forms binded on mouse is just OP.

Well then i came to a broblem: If i wish to have them binded on Shift + [Key]
I didnt find any way to do this with the addon, prolly have to set it on action bar.

Anyways: GL with this, hope you keep updating it

I really dig this add-on, simple and straightforward. Thanks!

There's just one thing bugging me, I can get

"Charge while in Bear - when you hit the bear shapeshift keybind you will charge your current target."

    and

"Enrage while in Bear - When you hit the bear shapeshift keybind you will cast Enrage. Then Charge - After you enrage cast Charge."

to work. The bear enrages, but when I push my F1 again, it isnt charging. It does charge if I do it manually (hitting my Charge button). Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Ok Found the issue. With 3.0 charge was split to charge-bear and charge-cat. Updated Shapebind 3.1.5 to reflect this.

On the Horizon: No more "Check if you have..." check marks! Shapebind will detect what you have and adjust as needed!

Problem isn't with the Ctrl-C, it's with the macro. I'll have a new version up soon.

Joys of bugs! and \n is not the same as /n.

I am glad to see that ShapeBind has been updated but I am having a problem. I have set up my bindings; cat (CRTL-Z) and bear (CTRL-V) work fine, but the binding for travel form (CTRL-C for land travel) is not working. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
