Version 1.15 

- Added the ruRU localization (finally, thanks antalex13)
- Moved the readme/changelog to it's own file.
- Only show Bloodlust/Heroism and Mana Tide messages if it is you casting them.
- Fixed the Earth Shield trackers time (Blizzard changes the return values)
- Added option to show an alert when Earth Shield fades from your target
