- Buttons now colorize like default WoW UI, changing colors on range/mana/flying/death, buttons will now also create regardless if you are out of mana/flying, changed the drag button from CTRL to Shift, which is the default binding for WoW (less confusing this way)

- Fixed the not casting bug, also fixed an issue where it would recrate the buttons (creating stacks of them) when you zone.

- Removed the DB dependancy since it was not needed, also added in CTRL-drag for easy positioning on bars, cleaned up code a bit.
