Changes in v1.2.9

I know this release seems small in features but it was designed around three purposes.

Getting a new version out there so you all know I haven't given up.
Releasing a version post WoW 3.1.3 so users know it's compatible (even though nothing really broke).
Trial run of Rune Visual Styles
I plan on implementing a variety of these in the new version 2.0 and I'd like some feedback, the one that was implemented was simple, so I would like users to think of ideas and submit them as well as comment on the usefulness of customizing the way in which rune cooldowns are represented.
