4.31, 2009-09-04 - Improvements to code for recording dungeon difficulty; tweak for end of fight detection to continue a fight only if combat damage events are occurring (not for heals and misses); force default End Fight Delay of 2 seconds for anyone upgrading from 4.30 or earlier; changes to do pause / resume before the start of any fight (in response to a report by MhicAoidh); changes so that zero net heals (i.e. pure overheal, such as many Spirit Bond or Fel Armor ticks) do not start a fight.
