What It Does

When enabled, damage taken bars will appear beside each player and party unit frame. These bars increase with the amount of damage a player in the party receives, changing colors from green to yellow to red upon death. When in a raid, damage taken bars will appear beside the name of everyone in the raid for quick and easy monitoring. A range checking option also gives the ability to focus on party and raid members within range.

By opening the options menu (/QH2 or assigned keybinding) the user may choose spells from their spellbook to cast upon the corresponding party/raid member when the bars are clicked. Currently all mouse buttons may be assigned as well as their Shift, Ctrl and Alt variants.

Macros may also be assigned by prefixing the macro name with an exclamation mark (!). In order to allow macros to function the way you would expect them to when clicking on a unit's damage bar, you may use the keyword 'unit' to tell Quick Heal that you want the spell cast on the bar's unit. To cast the spell renew, you could therefore create a macro '/cast [target=unit] Renew'.

If you like the mod, please give it a good rating and consider donating! I am also looking for someone to translate the localization file into German, so please email me at quickhealmod@gmail.com if you are able to do so.

i recently just updated to QH2 and this addon no longer works with X-perl, i had a small extra addon which made the two compatible and it worked a dream, now it no longer works and i cannot find said x-perl/QH addon and i feel completely lost without the use of this addon for raid healing. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem right when 3.0 patch hit, left me in the dark for raid healing. Now I use Healbot, basically the same functionality as QuickHeal (which I do love, dont get me wrong) but Healbot is by far the stronger addon. =]

When i type /QH2, the Quick Heal Options window (as shown in the screenshots above) does not appear in my game. Rather, Quickheal's options goes directly as part of WoW's interface addon window.

How do i fix it? I have already deleted the old, outdated QH & reinstalled the latest QH version, but this still happens.

Those screenshots are for the old version, I have yet to update them. You are seeing the new options panel correctly.

I think I fixed the problem, seem to be some corruption in my wow folder, I had 2 folders w/ wow installs and it works fine in folder two.

Maybe my character files are corrupt, going to try cleaning it up later and see if it fixes it.

It's possible the profile variables got corrupt. Try hitting the default settings button.

I am having trouble with the raid ui part of QH2.

I have it set-up right, as I have been using it for quite a while now, this happened a few days ago. I have removed all addons and have only QH2 in my addon folder - still get same problem.

Something is wrong with updating through the curseclient.
It shows version 3.0.8.0 as latest.
Can only seem to update through manual install.
First I thought it was my laptop, but it seems to do the same on my new pc now...

It's because the other versions are still beta.

Is there a guide or link to how to set up the new version?

You can access the setting menu by typing "/QH2" in the chat box and hitting enter. From there, you can add spells/macros for the player, party and raid bars that are also customizable in appearance.

    Hello :)
    BIG thanks 4 the update!
I've a Question: how i can bind macros to mouse buttons within QH2?
In an older version with drop down menues it was much easy to bind but now... no idea how it works^^

Well, you could read the addon description =p

"Macros may also be assigned by prefixing a spell with an explanation mark (!). No promises, but I have a little bit of time this week to try and finally nail down the settings reset bug(s). If anyone feels they can contribute to a solution, please message me.

I found what I believe to be the problem. Apparently, whenever the "Okay" button is hit in the interface options panel, it calls the save settings function for EVERY addon listed instead of the one currently being viewed. So the QuickHeal settings are being over written by uninitialized variables, which breaks the addon and causes the loss of all saved variables.

Now that I know the problem, and as long as it's the only problem causing settings to be reset, a fix will be coming shortly.
